LGBillBolling - @RSLC Yes, I support both Charter Schools and performance pay for teachers. #rslcbb

LGBillBolling - @RSLC In a McDonnell/Bolling administration my role will be to serve as Virginia's Jobs Creation Officer. #rslcbb
