Redistricting authority:
U.S. Congressional Districts – Legislative. In the past, a bi-partisan interim committee has been formed to handle the task of redistricting congressional and legislative districts. The Governor has the power to veto both plans. The Legislature is to work on redistricting during the first legislative session following the decennial census.
