Redistricting authority:
U.S. Congressional Districts – Legislative. There is no statutory direction for drawing congressional districts, but the Nebraska Legislature uses the same process as for legislative districting. The Nebraska Unicameral Legislature is redistricts the state. The Governor may veto the congressional plan of the Legislature.
