U.S. Congressional Districts – Legislative.  Legislative and Congressional Reapportionment Committee (House) and Reapportionment and Redistricting Committee (Senate), have the responsibility to create the state and congressional district lines for Georgia. The Governor has veto power over any plan created by the Legislature.
